CDR Andrew “Snoop” Stiles, US Navy (Ret) is a retired E-2C Hawkeye Naval Flight Officer with over 2,000+ flight hours and multiple combat deployments. He was an aviation safety expert with 15 years of aviation safety experience along with extensive accident investigation and ocean salvage experience. Andrew was the first Wing Safety officer to achieve Fall Protection Component Person certification and designed many of the Naval Aviation Fall Protection procedures in place today.  He sought out COTS Flame Resistant clothing to improve aircrew and maintainer safety and performance in extreme weather conditions. He has also obtained Safe for Flight and Safe for Use approvals on several garments. Andrew is a known “Gearhead” and the person to call if you need recommendations on the latest and greatest gear on the market. He is passionate about solar and designs his own portable solar camping systems.  Since retiring from the Navy, Andrew has consulted several Military-focused companies on products and business development strategies.
